JOINT MOBILITY

For Joint Repair: Take 2 capsules upon waking with a meal and an additional 2 capsules with a meal, 6-8 hours later. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

For Immediate Relief: Take 4 capsules on an empty stomach and eat a meal 30-45 minutes later.

For Best Results: Do not consume more than 4 capsules of Joint Mobility in a 24-hour period. Do not take Joint Mobility at the same time as any other products containing stimulants. The ingredients of Joint Mobility can intensify the effects of stimulants, so it is best to wait 3-4 hours after taking Joint Mobility before consuming any other products containing stimulants. Do not take Joint Mobility within 4 hours of sleep, as the ingredients of Joint Mobility can cause sleeplessness.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.
